Lynia provides an AI knowledge management platform that allows users to save, organize, and search AI conversation data. The Service includes:

• Chrome extension for capturing AI conversations
• Web workspace for managing saved knowledge
• AI-powered classification and organization
• Full-text search across saved content
• Cross-device synchronization

As a user of Lynia, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Not upload or save content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws
• Not use the Service to store malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you save through Lynia. By using the Service, you grant Lynia a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Lynia Property: The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and branding, is owned by Lynia and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@youanlab.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lynia operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
